Mumbai: India’s IPO market is set for a busy week, with seven new public issues opening for subscription across the mainboard and SME segments.
Purple Style Labs, Deepa Jewellers and Rays of Belief will lead the mainboard calendar, while four SME companies will also enter the primary market.
Together, the three mainboard IPOs are looking to raise more than ₹1,265 crore.
Purple Style Labs IPO
Purple Style Labs will open its ₹680-crore IPO on August 31 and close it on September 2.
The book-built offering is entirely a fresh issue of 1.18 crore shares. The price band has been fixed at ₹546-₹575 per share.
Deepa Jewellers, Rays Of Belief IPOs
Deepa Jewellers will open its ₹459.72-crore IPO on September 1, with bidding closing on September 3.
The issue comprises a ₹250-crore fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS) worth ₹209.72 crore. Its price band is ₹168-₹177 per share.
Rays of Belief will also open for bidding on September 1 and close on September 3.
The ₹125-crore IPO is entirely a fresh issue of 52 lakh shares. Its price band has been set at ₹227-₹239.

Four SME IPOs On Offer
Ashutosh Fibre’s ₹56.35-crore IPO will open on August 31 and close on September 2. Its price band is ₹87-₹92 per share.
Shanti Inorganics will raise ₹47.24 crore through its IPO, which runs from August 31 to September 2. Shares are priced at ₹79-₹83.
Phychem Technologies’ ₹14.58-crore issue will open during the same period, with a price band of ₹51-₹54.
Farm Peace will launch its ₹32-crore fixed-price IPO on September 1. The issue closes on September 3, with shares offered at ₹59 each.
The upcoming week will also see several recently completed IPOs move towards their stock market debuts, keeping activity elevated in India’s primary market.
