New Delhi: Nine companies, including Trans ACNR Solutions and Maharashtra Oil Extractions, filed preliminary IPO papers with Sebi between September 21 and 26, adding to the pipeline of firms preparing to enter the primary market.
The proposed offerings include fresh equity and promoter share sales. Companies plan to use fresh capital for expansion, working capital, debt repayment and general corporate purposes.
