AceVector IPO Opens September 25, Here’s Why Retail Investors Need At Least ₹14,976

AceVector IPO price band fixed at ₹30-₹32 as Snapdeal parent prepares to raise ₹420 crore through its public issue.

Mumbai: Snapdeal parent AceVector has fixed a price band of ₹30-₹32 per equity share for its initial public offering (IPO), which will open for subscription on September 25 and close on September 29.

The anchor investor bidding will take place on September 24. Investors can apply for a minimum of 468 shares and thereafter in multiples of 468.

At the upper end of the price band, the company plans to raise ₹420 crore and is expected to command a post-issue market capitalisation of around ₹1,741.4 crore.

Fresh Issue And OFS

The IPO comprises a fresh issue worth up to ₹287 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹133 crore. The shares have a face value of ₹1 each.

Existing investors, including SoftBank subsidiary Starfish and Nexus Venture Partners, will participate in the OFS alongside several other shareholders.

Starfish is AceVector’s largest shareholder with a 30.11 per cent stake, while promoters Kunal Bahl and Rohit Kumar Bansal hold 12.19 per cent and 10.93 per cent, respectively.

AceVector has already raised ₹13 crore through a pre-IPO placement, with the amount adjusted against the fresh issue.

How IPO Proceeds Will Be Used

The company proposes to deploy ₹132 crore towards marketing and business promotion for its marketplace operations.

Another ₹50 crore has been earmarked for strengthening technology infrastructure. The balance will fund potential acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

The IPO has reserved 75 per cent of the offer for qualified institutional buyers, 15 per cent for non-institutional investors and 10 per cent for retail investors.

Revenue Rises, Loss Narrows

AceVector operates Snapdeal, e-commerce SaaS platform Unicommerce eSolutions and consumer brands through Stellaro Brands.

The company reported a net loss of ₹60.7 crore in FY26, narrowing from ₹139.2 crore in FY25.

Revenue from operations, meanwhile, climbed 29.2 per cent to ₹510.4 crore from ₹395 crore.

AceVector shares are expected to begin trading on the stock exchanges on October 5.
