Funds To Support Business Growth

The company plans to use part of the proceeds to repay debt at its telecom subsidiary, while the remaining amount will support general corporate purposes.

Reliance Industries will retain majority ownership after the listing.

Jio Platforms had 53.33 crore subscribers as of June 2026 and carried nearly 60 per cent of India’s data traffic.
