New Delhi: DLF has sold all 172 homes at its newly launched senior living project, The Aureva, in Gurugram for about Rs 1,985 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The complete sellout reflects demand for luxury retirement housing, according to the developer. Spread across 4.17 acres, the project is located in Sector 63 and is designed for senior citizens.
Homes average Rs 11.5 crore
The average price realised was about Rs 11.5 crore per apartment, while the company reported a selling rate of Rs 28,000 per square foot.
The upcoming development will have more than 4 lakh square feet of carpet area and over 7.5 lakh square feet of saleable area across its 172 residences.
DLF said the project combines luxury housing with wellbeing, convenience, healthcare access and opportunities for residents to engage with their community.
Healthcare support planned
The Aureva will include a professionally managed medical centre within the project, along with emergency response support.
Aakash Ohri, Managing Director and Chief Business Officer of DLF Home Developers, said the development reflected the company’s vision for luxury retirement housing in India.
He added that the sales response showed growing demand for premium residential communities focused on the living experience.
Sales bookings face pressure
The launch comes against a mixed sales backdrop for DLF. Its bookings declined 5 per cent to Rs 20,143 crore in financial year 2025-26, compared with a record Rs 21,223 crore a year earlier.
