Sky Gold and Diamonds Q1 FY27 results show profit rising 141% to ₹104.9 crore and revenue increasing 78% to ₹2,013 crore.

Mumbai: Sky Gold and Diamonds Limited reported a 141% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to ₹104.9 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹43.6 crore in Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations increased 78% to ₹2,013 crore from ₹1,131 crore during the corresponding quarter. Sequentially, profit rose 16% from ₹90.7 crore in Q4 FY26, while revenue increased 5.3% from ₹1,912 crore.

Q1 Revenue And Profit Rise

The jewellery manufacturer reported total income of ₹2,021 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, up 78% from ₹1,136 crore in Q1 FY26. Profit before tax increased 129% year-on-year to ₹134.8 crore from ₹58.9 crore. Total expenses stood at ₹1,886 crore, compared with ₹1,077 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Sequential Performance

Compared with Q4 FY26, consolidated revenue from operations rose 5.3% from ₹1,912 crore, while PAT increased 16% from ₹90.7 crore. Total expenses increased 4.7% sequentially from ₹1,802 crore. Finance costs declined to ₹25.4 crore from ₹26.8 crore, while employee benefit expenses eased to ₹16.8 crore from ₹17.1 crore. Profit before tax rose 6.9% from ₹126.2 crore in Q4 FY26.

Domestic And Overseas Revenue

Revenue from within India stood at ₹1,637 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹999.6 crore in Q1 FY26. Revenue from outside India increased to ₹375.9 crore from ₹131.7 crore. The group operates in a single reportable segment comprising manufacturing and selling of gold jewellery.

Basic earnings per share stood at ₹6.67 in Q1 FY27 against ₹2.97 in Q1 FY26, while diluted EPS was ₹6.66 against ₹2.97.

Cyber Fraud Incident Disclosed

The company also disclosed that, subsequent to the quarter, wholly owned subsidiary Starmangalsutra Private Limited suffered a financial loss of up to ₹10.7 crore following the unauthorised compromise of a company-issued mobile phone and laptop. The filing said the incident involved deep-fake methodologies, including profile cloning and coercion. A complaint has been filed with Cyber Police and an independent agency appointed to investigate the matter.

The board approved the unaudited results on August 9, 2026, and the statutory auditors issued an unmodified conclusion.
