NIS Management Wins ₹11.90 Crore WBSEDCL Contract, 2-Year Security Services Order to Start from August 1, 2026

Mumbai: NIS Management Ltd has received a new work order worth ₹11.90 crore from West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL). The company shared the information through a regulatory filing. The contract includes Goods and Services Tax (GST).

The order is for providing security personnel to protect WBSEDCL’s installations, equipment, and site offices across different locations under its jurisdiction.

Contract to Run for Two Years

The work order will be executed for a period of two years, starting from August 1, 2026. During this period, NIS Management will deploy trained security staff at various WBSEDCL site offices as per the agreed terms and job rates.

The company will provide safety, security, and guarding services in line with the scope mentioned in the contract.

Domestic Order with No Related Party Involvement

The contract has been awarded by a domestic government entity. NIS Management said that neither its promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in WBSEDCL.

The company also clarified that the order is not a related-party transaction, ensuring that the deal follows normal business practices.

Positive Step for Business Growth

NIS Management said the order reflects the trust placed in the company’s capabilities and the dedication of its team. The company believes the project will strengthen its position in the security services business and support its future growth.

The work order also adds a large government client to its order book, which could improve revenue visibility over the next two years.

The company informed investors that it remains committed to delivering quality security services while meeting all contractual requirements under the agreement.
