Tech Mahindra acquires Brazil-based Alyis Serviços, BRL 1.2 million deal boosts Orange Business partnership
Mumbai: IT services major Tech Mahindra has announced the acquisition of Alyis Serviços Técnicos LTDA, a Brazil-based IT services company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Tech Mahindra Serviços De Informatica S.A. The agreement was signed on July 1, 2026, with Orange Business Services Brasil LTDA.
Once the transaction is completed, Alyis Serviços will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tech Mahindra’s Brazilian arm and a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Tech Mahindra. The company expects to complete the acquisition on July 2, 2026.
Deal value and payment
Tech Mahindra will acquire the company for BRL 1.2 million, which is approximately Rs 2.21 crore based on the exchange rate mentioned in the filing.
The acquisition will be made through cash consideration, and Tech Mahindra will purchase 100% shareholding, comprising 1,199,718 equity shares with a face value of BRL 1 each.
Why the company is buying Alyis Serviços
The acquisition is part of Tech Mahindra’s broader partnership with Orange Business. The partnership includes outsourcing selected international operations such as global customer support, quote-to-bill services and post-sale support.
Alyis Serviços operates in Brazil and supports customers across the Latin America (LATAM) region. Tech Mahindra said the acquisition will help it provide seamless support to Orange Business customers and strengthen its presence in the region.

Alyis Serviços Técnicos LTDA was incorporated on May 27, 2026, in Petropolis, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Since it is a newly incorporated company, it has no turnover yet.
The company has around 270 employees and provides IT services to telecom companies. Its business includes software development, IT consulting, digital transformation, enterprise network services, training and technology support.
No related party transaction
Tech Mahindra clarified that the acquisition is not a related party transaction. It also said that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in Alyis Serviços before the acquisition.
The company added that Alyis Serviços will become a related party only after it becomes a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary following completion of the deal.
